Rain-soaked sidewalks and ice coffees are the most memorable parts of spring in Vermont. The trees are starting to bloom and I have to fight the urge to spend every minute outside. Finals are fast approaching, and with that so is summer.
My roommate got me started on this show, and I’m so thankful she did. There is something so raw that I love about it, and the characters are so unique. 10/10 would recommend binge watching!
There are very few shows that are sometimes so uncomfortable that you feel like you need to pause it and do something else for a bit. Love is one of those shows. The tension and the relationships between the characters are so real that you almost forget that it’s just a show.
- anything at all by David Sedaris
I’m having a serious David Sedaris moment right now. I was first introduced to this gem of a writer in my writing class, and have since read Me Talk Pretty One Day and Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls. If funny, self-deprecating narratives are your thing, look no further than anything by David Sedaris.
- Graphic Tee’s
Over the summer, I visited my cousin in my new favorite city, Philadelphia. I spent my birthday weekend there perusing vintage and secondhand stores. I brought back multiple bags of new t-shirts, jewelry, and purses, all for $50. My current favorite is a multicolored shirt that has ‘Manila’ printed across it.
My sartorial spring look has been graphic tees, jeans, and vans. I have been loving grungey, lived in fashion. There is something so laid back and organic about it that it seems a perfect fit for spring.
